The Rivers APC said the judgment delivered by Justice MAKHMUD LIMAN of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt only ordered the conclusion of the rerun elections in Tai.
State Publicity Secretary of APC, CHRIS FINEBONE said the court order is in line with the position already announced by INEC that elections will take place in some wards and units in Tai on Saturday.
In a statement obtained by our correspondent, FINEBONE accused members of Peoples Democratic Party of deliberately spreading falsehood about the implication of the High Court ruling on elections in Tai.
