Those affected include a traditional ruler in Aluu community, Alhaji HASSAN WELEWA, as well as LAWAL SEGUN, OKOGHIROH ENDURANCE, OZIOMA ABAJUO and CHIGOZIE EVANS SAMUEL.
Justice LETAN NYORDEE of Port Harcourt High Court freed the five men based on a No Case Submission filed in their favour by the Director of Public Prosecution.
