According to a message on the twitter handle of the Senate President, BUKOLA SARAKI, Professor OSINBAJO is expected to sign the budget later today.
The information monitored by our correspondent indicates that Professor OSINAJO would be joined by the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives for the budget signing ceremony at the Presidential villa in Abuja.
The absence of President MUHAMMADU BUHARI who has been in the United Kingdom on medical vacation has sparked concern about the signing of the budget, which was recently passed by the National Assembly.
Although, the Federal Government had through the Minister of Information and Culture and other senior officers clarified that the signing of the budget would not be a problem, Nigerians have continued to express concerns over what they considered to be a stalemate.
