The call was made by an advocacy group, Journalist Friends Against Disasters Accident International in reaction to the latest NIMET prediction on flooding.
Founder of the group, RUSKIN AMADI called on government especially the local and state government to have an alternative arrangement to accommodate affected communities, just as he suggested a long term solution such as dredging the river Niger to ease the pains of communities around the river banks.
