Reactions have continued to trail the actions and public appearance of Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, amid ongoing governance and political developments in the state.
Speaking in an interview with a Today’s FM correspondent, some respondents said a leader’s facial expressions, gestures and posture could influence how citizens perceive his leadership.
They noted that body language often forms part of public perception, particularly when leaders are responding to sensitive political and governance issues.
However, other respondents cautioned against using body language as the sole basis for judging a public official.
They argued that Governor Fubara has numerous responsibilities to manage and urged residents to consider his statements, policies and actions rather than drawing conclusions solely from his appearance or demeanour.
