The Governor presented a budget estimate of five hundred and fifty point six billion naira for consideration by the House.
The Governor proposed a recurrent expenditure of one hundred and seventy five billion naira, representing about thirty one percent of the entire budget.
For the capital expenditure, three hundred and fifty billion naira nine hundred and seventy million was earmarked.
The governor said the figure represents sixty three point two percent of the entire budget.
