Our correspondent gathered that the victims were simply identified as ONYEKACHI and OJUKWU, and were allegedly killed by members of a rival cult gang operating in the community.
A source from the Community who confirmed the incident to our correspondent on telephone, said the incident was a reprisal attack following a fracas last week.
Our source said the incident has sparked widespread fear around Omurele community, which has now been deserted, as the inhabitants go into hiding.
Meanwhile; the Police Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, NNAMDI OMONI, said they were yet to be briefed on the situation at Omurelu community in Ikwerre Local Government Area.
