The Director of Banking and Payment System Department of CBN, DIPO FATOKUN re-affirmed this to newsmen in Abuja. FATOKUN said after the deadline of the registration, bank customers yet to get theirs would not be able to access their accounts. The BVN was introduced last year to protect customers’ accounts from unauthorized access and reduce the incidence of theft and exposure to fraud.
