Citing the whitepaper on the report of the panel which was released last Friday, the Rivers State PDP said some key members of past administrations are culpable in the alleged misappropriation of ninety-seven billion naira. The PDP noted that indictment extends to the former Military Administration under the leadership of ANTHONY UKPO. The party also urged Governor NYESOM WIKE to ensure that all looted monies are refunded to the state government.
