Addressing members of the congress in YENOGOA the Bayelsa State capital, OBUOFORIBO said the INC remains one body with a common vision. He claimed that the people parading themselves as members of a parallel executive of the congress are not registered with the union. OBUOFORIBO also decried the level of under development being witnessed in Ijaw area. BOMA OBUOFORIBO is the National President of the Ijaw National Congress.
