The Executive Secretary of the National Human Rights Commission, ANTHONY OJUKWU said the report they got from their observers on the day of the election suggested that the military were involved in the electoral process.
OJWUKWU who was speaking on a television programme monitored from Port Harcourt also noted that there was a lot of violence in parts of Kogi state during the elections.
