The Petroleum Products Retail Owners Association of Nigeria, PETROAN, Rivers State Branch, has called for the prompt conclusion of the ongoing evaluation of fuel import proposals. Speaking to Today FM, the association’s Vice Chairman in Rivers State, Addison Kanu, urged authorities to conclude the process by December to ensure stability in fuel supply and avoid
