Former Rivers State Deputy Governor and Senator representing Rivers West, Ipalibo Harry Banigo, has declared her intention to seek re-election.
She submitted her expression of interest and nomination forms, saying her decision was based on her legislative achievements and a desire to consolidate ongoing development in the district.
Banigo pledged to promote inclusive governance and create more opportunities for women in leadership, expressing confidence in her party’s internal democratic processes.
