The Senators also confirmed the appointment of Muhammad Hammajoda as the Secretary of the anti-graft agency.
Both men were nominated by President Bola Tinubu last Thursday.
His appointment follows the resignation of the suspended Executive Chairman of the EFCC, Abdulrasheed Bawa.
