It would interest you to know that the Candidate for Ikwerre-Emohua federal constituency, Ezemonye Ezekiel had on the last adjourned date informed the judge of his petition against him seeking that he recuses himself from the Suit.
The APC national Assembly candidates in a media briefing at the party secretariat, expressed worries that despite their petition, the judge is insisting on presiding over the matter.
Ezemonye Ezekiel who read out the position of all the national Assembly candidates said they do not have any confidence in the outcome of the suit as long as it is allowed to be determined by Justice Stephen Daylop-Pam because of his alleged relationship with other interested party.
Ezikiel described as bizarre the directives by the Administrative Judge ordering them to return to the same Court and make an oral application to the presiding judge who will now rule on the matter.
