The Chairman of Rivers State Taskforce on Sanitation, Isobo Jack gave the advice during launch of what it called Pilot Scheme and distribution of waste bin across the city.
Jack said the move which is part of effort to avoid the repeat of previous experience in parts of Port Harcourt where refuse were littered everywhere, disclosed that the over one thousand five hundred receptacles have been created within the City to ease the process of disposing refuse
Jack while pleading with Rivers people to assist the state government by cleaning their environment, warned against building along the waterway
