Baraka was alleged to have been shot dead by the police officer during a quarrel between him and the police officer.
The President of Ogoni Youth Federation, Legborsi Yamabana who spoke to our correspondent on the incident said Ogoni youths are saddened by the development and demanded for justice.
When contacted the spokesman of Rivers State Police Command Nnamdi Omoni said the DPO in charge of the area has been asked to bring the officer linked to the incident to the state Criminal Investigation Department for investigations.
