BENIBO ANABRABA also wants the court to stop the APC from removing him as Minority Leader of the State House of Assembly.
Justice C.D GREEN of the State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt fixed the date for hearing after the court was informed by the lawyer to the plaintiff; WORI WORI that almost all the parties have been served with the court processes.
In addition to the APC, other parties joined in the matter are the State Chairman of APC, the lawmaker for Eleme State Constituency, the Rivers State House of Assembly and the Speaker, as well as the State Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice.
