The APC is insisting that it inherited a dysfunctional economic system, battered national security due to the Boko Haram insurgents and a shattered crude oil price which left depleted government’s major revenue source.
This position was canvassed by the National Chairman of the party, Chief JOHN ODIGIE-OYEGUN during the Social Investment Programme Report Card presentation of the Buhari Administration.
