The Rivers APC said the rulings by the Appeal Court signify the pre-eminence of good over evil; just as a confirmation that the triumph of evil over good was only but temporary.
State Publicity Secretary of the APC, CHRIS FINEBONE said the rulings signpost the beginning of the return of justice to the downtrodden and the common man.
He also paid salute the undying spirit of OJUKAYE FLAG-AMACHREE, who remained unbroken physically and spiritually, despite his travails.
The Rivers APC spokesman, CHRIS FINEBONE, also dedicated the Appeal Court victory for OJUKAYE to late Port Harcourt-based lawyer, KEN ATSUWETE who was part of the defence team until he was murdered.
