The State Head of Service, RUFUS GODWINS disclosed this in an interview with newsmen in Port Harcourt after presenting a paper at an event.
GODWINS said the Executive Bill which will focus on addressing environmental issues affecting Rivers state will also propose stiffer punishments for environmental offenders.
He added that the state government is worried about the dumping of refuse in the median of major roads within the state.
RUFUS GODWINS is the Head of Service in Rivers state.
