Recall that RONKE GBEREGBE, wife of the slain Politician, had upon the death of her husband filed a fundamental human rights matter against the Nigeria Police and former Commander of Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Rivers State, AKIN FAKORODE.
RONKE GBEREGBE wants the court to make certain declarations and award the sum of eighty million naira compensation in her favour and ensure justice is done to anyone found culpable.
