Air Strike in Yemen

From Yemen comes this report that air strikes have hit a wedding party in the town of Sanban, killing at least thirteen people. It is however not clear who carried out the attack in the rebel-held town which is located about one hundred kilometers from the capital, Sanaa.
You will recall that a Saudi-led coalition has been fighting Houthi rebels who are opposed to the Yemeni government.
