ODILI, who is a chieftain of the PDP and a former Governor of the State, accused PETERSIDE of the APC and 2015 governorship candidate of the party, of defaming his character based on comments on the Supreme Court judgment that affirmed the election victory of the incumbent Governor NYEOM WIKE.
Our correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA was at the Port Harcourt High Court today where the case was billed to continue but failed because of the absence of the lead defence lawyer, ROLAND OTARU.
Following the development; the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice ADAMA IYAYI-LAMIKANRA, who is presiding over the case, adjourned further hearing till 28th March.
