The leadership of international terrorist group, AL-Qaeda has pledged allegiance to the new leader of the Taliban in Afghanistan. AYMAN AL-ZAWAHIRI reportedly made the pledge to MULLAH AKHTAR MANSOUR in an audio message posted online. The pledge was issued by Al-Qaeda’s media arm AL-SAHAB, and was ZAWAHIRs S first message in the past twelve months.
