The call followed the adoption of a motion by ABUBAKAR FULATA, titled “Urgent Need to Review the Petroleum Price Template”, in which the lawmaker expressed disappointment over recent reports suggesting that government may increase the price of petrol.
The House resolved to set up an ad-hoc committee to liaise with the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources on the review of the price of petrol.
