Doctor NGIGI gave this indication in his address to participants at an Interactive Forum in Port Harcourt on Safe Workplace Invention Project.
The Labour and Employment Minister also said the Federal Government would soon begin a clampdown on public and private firms that are not complying with the provisions of the act.
