Abia Guber Crisis,Nwosu reject dismissal of his suit by the Court of Appeal,considers Supreme Court

Reports say Sir FRIDAY NWOSU has rejected the dismissal of his suit by the Court of Appeal before delivering the judgment of last week that affirmed the election of Governor OKEZIE IKPEAZU.

Sir NWOSU, who contested the PDP governorship primary in 2014, contends that the Court of Appeal ignored key questions raised in his suit and failed to consider documentary evidence placed before it.
