The appointment of Justice DAISY OKOCHA as substantive Chief Judge of Rivers State is receiving knocks from some quarters due to alleged illegality of the action.A chieftain of the APC and former commissioner of lands and survey, EZEMONYE EZEKIEL-AMADI, is not satisfied with the inauguration of Justice OKOCHA by Governor NYESOM WIKE.EZEKIEL-AMADI while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt, said he has approached the Supreme Court to challenge the decision of the Court of Appeal on 24th of December last year, which paved way for the inauguration of the substantive chief judge.
EZEMONYE EZEKIEL-AMADI is a chieftain in Rivers State and former commissioner of lands and survey.
