This is according to a lecturer from the department of Philosophy at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Professor, Samuel Amele.
The lecturer who was reacting to the siting of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Rivers state University in Etche Local Government area of the state said the action will create job opportunities and ensure social development in the area.
