The accused persons ASP CHIGBU SAMUEL, Sergent ANWURI MARCOS, Corporal OLISA EMEKA and two others are facing three count charges of murder of MICHEAL ONYEBUCHI IGWE and his friend MICHEAL AKOR in 2009.
When the matter came up in court, the accused persons pleaded not guilty to the three charges against them while their lawyers applied for their bail.
Correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reports that the trial judge, Justice MARGARET OPARA adjourned the mater to November 17 for moving of motion on bail.
