Tottenham Hotspur have written to Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) chief Howard Webb to formally raise concerns over key refereeing decisions.
The club’s correspondence focuses on what it describes as inconsistent rulings involving contact inside the penalty area, which have resulted in goals being allowed or disallowed.
Spurs believe they have been adversely affected by several such incidents this season, including in their recent fixture against Arsenal two Sundays ago.
