He and his wife Senator Oluremi were received at the Abuja international airport by the Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima; Plateau State Governor Simon Lalong; Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila, and some state governors and high-ranking members of the party.
His return, one month before his inauguration on May 29, puts to rest weeks of speculations regarding his health status and whereabouts.
