The top court in South Africa is due to rule on whether President JACOB ZUMA should made to pay back about twenty-three million US dollars that was spent on the renovation of his private residence.President ZUMA has already offered to refund part of the money, but that is not going down with the opposition political leaders who are opposed to out-of-court settlement.The leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters, JULIUS MALEMA plans to lead a large protests against President ZUMA whom he had helped to power when he was the youth of the ruling African National Congress.The ANC has described the planned march to the premises of the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg as a political exercise.The development worsens the difficult time that President ZUMA has been facing, as he had come under fire for sacking former Finance Minister NHALNHLA NENE late last year.
