The Rivers State chapter of All Progressives Congress has condemned what it described as PDP’s declaration of war against the Nigerian judiciary. State Publicity Secretary of the APC, CHRIS FINEBONE said the party was shocked at how the PDP has launched out on large-scale smear campaign against the Nigerian judiciary following court pronouncements that appear not to favor the PDP and its candidates at the various election petition tribunals.
FINEBONE recalled that prior to last week; the APC had suffered a number of unfavourable rulings at the various national assembly election petition tribunals, but neither the APC National Working Committee nor the various affected state chapters of the party came out to attack the integrity of the judiciary.
