The Nigeria Labour Congress has appealed to Rivers State Governor NYESOM WIKEN to make workers welfare his number one priority.
The call was made by the factional leader of the LNC in Rivers State, WILLIAMS ADAH during an interview with correspondent CHINEDU IWUNNA.
ADAH described the ruling by the Supreme Court which upheld the election of Governor WIKE as divine, adding that it helped to avert possible violence in the state.The labour leader noted that the union will continue to support the state government in the interest of Rivers people.
