The National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress has unveiled Alhaji YAHAYA BELLO as the replacement for late Prince ABUBAKAR AUDU in the Kogi state governorship election.Alhaji BELLO was the runner-up in the APC governorship primaries and he steps in to complete the supplementary election, following the death of Prince AUDU soon after the election was declared inconclusive by INEC.The decision to present BELLO was adopted after about three hours meeting of the leadership of the APC at the National Headquarters of the party in Abuja.The national chairman of the party, Chief JOHN ODIGIE OYEGUN urged party leaders and stakeholders to accept the decision of the leadership and ensure the APC emerges victorious in Saturday’s supplementary poll.
