The Imo State Government has proposed a budget of one hundred and two billion naira for the 2016 fiscal year.
Governor ROCHAS OKOROCHA made the budget presentation before the Imo State House for Assembly in Owerri.
Governor OKOROCHA said the “Budget of Consolidation and Continuity” sets aside forty-three point one percent of the total sum for capital expenditure.
The Imo State Governor expects to fund the budget with revenue from Federal Allocations as well as anticipated internally generated revenue of twenty-three billion naira.
