The Federal Government is set to go into partnership with state governments to work out an industrial blueprint for the industrialization of the country as part of measures to end unemployment and create a solid economic base for the nation.The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, OKECHUKWU ENELAMA, dropped the hint when he visited Abia State Governor, OKEZIE IKPEAZU, at the Government House in Umuahia.ENELAMA said he was at the Government House to see areas of possible collaboration between the state and the Federal Government.The Minister said the administration of President MOHAMMADU BUHARI was committed to providing enabling environment for Small and Medium Enterprises.In his response, Governor OKEZIA IKPEAZU appealed to the Federal Government to support the state to drive local production of footwear for the military and paramilitary organizations in the country.
