The European Union representative on Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, FEDERICA MOGHERINI has met with Palestinian President MAHMUD ABBAS to discuss on how to calm the surge of violence between Israelis and Palestinians.
MOGHERINI said the discussion would also focus on concrete steps that could strengthen the Palestinians on an everyday basis.
The European Commission which is the leading provider of financial aid to the Palestinians, has provided over six point nineteen billion U.S dollars to the Palestinian government.
