The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has filed a seven-count charge against the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, OLISA METUH.Our correspondent, JAMES IGAH, reports that the charges against METUH were filed before a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, but the case is yet to be assigned to a judge.Meanwhile; a counter lawsuit filed by METUH, seeking the enforcement of his fundamental rights and for the court to order his release from the custody of the EFCC, has come up for hearing.However; EFCC counsel, ROTIMI JACOBS told Justice OKON ABANG that the anti-graft agency has a valid order of the court to detain the PDP spokesman.
