The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja is to deliver judgment any moment from now on the application by Rivers State Governor, NYESOM WIKE, challenging the nullification of the governorship election on 11th of April. The Appeal Panel yesterday reserved judgment on the application after the adoption of the briefs by counsel to all the parties involved in the Rivers State Governorship election dispute. The All Progressives Congress and its governorship candidate, DAKUKU PETERSIDE, had approached the tribunal to nullify the election of Governor WIKE. The Tribunal granted the prayer of the APC and directed the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a fresh governorship election in Rivers State within ninety days.
