The Rivers State Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Task Force on Primary Healthcare, Professor Ngozi Nma-Odu, has commended members of the task force for their commitment to strengthening primary healthcare delivery across the state. Professor Nma-Odu gave the commendation during the 2026 second-quarter review meeting of the task force at Government House, Port
