The Rivers State Police Command has launched an investigation into a suspected cult-related attack that led to the death of a student in Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt. According to the Command’s spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, the incident occurred around Cecilia Road in the Rumuolumeni area. Police officers responded swiftly to the scene and rushed the victim
