A Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified the deregistration of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, by the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC. The court also dissolved the Interim Management Committee established by the commission to oversee the affairs of the youth organisation. The CAC had withdrawn the council’s certificate of registration in October
