The Senator representing Rivers West Senatorial District, Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo, has urged Nigerian youths to embrace skills acquisition to improve their livelihoods and contribute to national development. She made the call during the graduation ceremony of 140 youths trained in the installation and maintenance of lithium-ion solar streetlights in Obuama, Degema Local Government Area.
