RIVERS WOMEN UNITE FOR SIM URGES WOMEN TO REMAIN HOPEFUL

The Rivers Women Unite for Sim has urged women to remain steadfast in their faith despite the prevailing political and economic challenges in the country.

The group made the call during its monthly thanksgiving gathering themed “Beyond the Storm.”

Speaking during the event, one of the leaders of the group, Adata Bio-Briggs, commended Governor Siminalayi Fubara for what she described as his uncommon leadership qualities demonstrated through the execution of landmark projects across the state.

The group encouraged women not to lose hope during difficult times, stressing that faith in God remains essential in overcoming challenges.

The Rivers Women Unite for Sim also reaffirmed its support for Governor Fubara, describing him as a leader committed to inclusive development and the welfare of Rivers people.

The group further pledged continued solidarity with the governor’s “Rivers First” mantra.
