Speaker of the House, IKUINYI OWAJI-IGBANI who read the letter of financial plans from Governor NYESOM WIKE said the MTEF will guide the income and expenditure of the state within the period.
On his part, Leader of the House, MARTIN AWAWHULE who presented the Bill appealed to members to grant the governor’s request to enable the Executive present the 2020 budget.
The Medium Term Expenditure Framework is a financial projection of the state in the next three years.
