Raila Odinga withdraws from court ordered rerun presidential elections

ODINGA announced his withdrawal after the electoral commission rejected the changes he demanded before the rerun scheduled for 26th October.
You will recall that the Supreme Court annulment President UHURU KENYATTA victory in the 8th August election due to irregularities.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has called meeting with its lawyers to discuss the way forward after the withdrawal of the National Super Alliance leader.
The development came as President KENYATTA was attending an election campaign rally in the southern town of Voi where he promised to increase his victory margin the repeat poll.
