The EFCC filed fourteen charges bothering on corrupt enrichment against Justice HYELADZIRA NGANJIWA.
The EFCC accused Justice NGANJIWA of receiving over two hundred and sixty thousand US dollars through his bank account between 2013 and 2015, in addition to eight point six million naira from unknown sources during the same period.
The EFCC claims that the money was well over the salary of the Justice NGAJINWA, and that he could not explain the source of the funds.
